Helping Businesses and Athletes Thrive and Prosper
• About Us •
Brian N. Heinze is a licensed Georgia attorney and has spent nearly a decade consulting with and helping entrepreneurs start up their small businesses. He has worked for individuals, in-house in the corporate world, and on the legislative side, so he is uniquely qualified to help guide his clients through the web of laws and regulations, as they work towards their dreams. Brian has worked with all types of businesses, but his specialty is helping small and medium-sized businesses because they are attempting to start something from nothing. As a former Division II college football player, Brian also takes pride in representing student athletes in NIL matters, including by protecting their intellectual property through trademarks and copyrights.
As a solo-attorney firm, Brian is your contact person and will help you directly throughout your legal process, so you won’t be handed off to another attorney. Brian prides himself on charging clients both reasonable and predictable fees, so if we can be of help on a subject listed below, feel free to reach out to set up a consultation or get more information.

Clear Expectations and Communication: As we relay to all of our new start-up clients, clear communication and expectations are two huge pillars for any business when attempting to ensure happiness with the end product. We’ll be up front from the beginning in asking exactly what you want to achieve, in as much detail as possible, and then we’ll communicate on how we best think we can get there.
Reasonable and Transparent Fees: We believe that for attorney-client relationships to be beneficial for both sides, transparency on legal fees is key. Due to that, we frequently offer flat fees or transparent hourly rate expectations, depending on the project. We want our clients to be able to call their attorney when needed, and we want the relationship to be fair for both sides.
Forward Thinking Planning and Advice: Our legal relationship doesn’t have to end when the immediate legal issue is resolved. We offer a variety of services and aim to provide long-term counsel that helps you anticipate needs, seize opportunities, and keep your business endeavors moving forward.
